Включаем режим NTSC в приставке на чипе TCT-6035 (на примере платы ZLT_V331Z)

Начинаем переделку платы с замены кварцевого резонатора.
Выпаиваем старый кварц на 17,7344МГц
Впаиваем новый кварц на 14,31818МГц . Взять его можно со старой материнской платы или видео карты .
Для того что бы включить режим NTSC , нужно перерезать левую перемычку у группы контактов S3 .
Для того что бы включить режим 60 кадров в секунду (именно такой у NTSC), нужно перерезать правые перемычки у группы контактов S1 и S2 . У S1 соединить левый и средний контакты.
