Installation
------------

-Remove existing SBLive drivers (see below)
-Run the UDA Beta Installer
-Select Custom Install and uncheck any unwanted components
 (note that not all available components are included with this package).

Win2k only
----------

-Remove existing SBLive drivers
-Start->Settings->Control Panel->System, or, right-click on My Computer icon
-Click on Hardware tab
-Click on Device Manager button
-Expand Sound, video and game controllers
-Right-click on SBLive WDM Basic device, select "Uninstall..."
-Click OK to uninstall
-Right-click on SBLive WDM Basic device, select "Uninstall..."
-Click OK to uninstall
-Close Device Manager
-Rename SBLive INF and PNF files in the \WINNT\INF directory if not already done;
-Rename wdma10k1.inf to wdma10k1.inf.old
-Rename wdma10k1.pnf to wdma10k1.pnf.old
-Run the UDA installer from the CD
-Ignore "The drive cannot read the CD correctly" error message by clicking "Ignore"
-Allow installation to run through
-Re-boot
-Click cancel when Driver Wizard asks for drivers for Emu10k1 device
-Click cancel when Driver Wizard asks for drivers for Game Port for Emu10k1 device 
-On UDA installer CD, find and run \Audio\English\drivers\CTZAPXX.exe
-Click OK to install drivers
-Click YES when asked whether to continue with installation of unsigned drivers for Emu10k1 device
-Click YES when asked whether to continue with installation of unsigned drivers for Emu10k1 Game Port device
-Re-boot
-Ignore Dr. Watson error (if any) on ReadReg application
-Enjoy (or remove & start over ;-)

Win98SE/ME only
---------------

-from the UDA Beta CD run  ...\Audio\English\Drivers\CTZAPXX.exe
-select "uninstall"
-don't reboot yet
-go to the Control Panel, Add/Remove software, select Sound Blaster Live! and remove.
-After both software and drivers are uninstalled, shutdown and reboot. 
-When the PCI device comes up looking for drivers, select Cancel, 
 then run the UDA Beta installer from the CD.

*VxD drivers are not included with this package

Notes
-----

WDM Drivers installation in Windows 2000 will prompt for "Digitally Unsigned Drivers"
since the submission of WHQL is not passed yet.

With Windows 2000 and SP1 or SP2 installed, PlayCenter2 may not function properly.
